Collection of information for the survey is being undertaken in accordance with Sections 26 through 36 of BC’s Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPPA). The confidentiality of any information collected is protected under the provisions of the Act.

Any information obtained from each participant is processed, stored, and used in a form that does not permit any particular participant to be identified. Your contact information will not be shared with anyone for any purpose outside of this survey.

Canadian-based research firm R.A. Malatest & Associates Ltd. is conducting the survey data collection under the direction of the City of North Vancouver, the District of North Vancouver, and the District of West Vancouver, and with the highest standards of the protection of privacy and confidentiality. Per FOIPPA requirements, your information will be retained for at least 12 months after the conclusion of data collection. After 12 months, we will delete your contact information.
